A good story teller, knows the right angle from which a story should be viewed/seen/told. The same incident can be have so many ways of looking at it and each one slightly different from the other. A good “story teller” knows which suits the best. How the entire story should be given, whether it should a linear or a non linear narration, whether from a single POV, or multiple POV’s or in a ubiquitous manner. Simply saying, it is the window from which you are going to see the world that you have created
